Al-Zahra provides health information and decision-support tools. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions, and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, and never delay or disregard medical advice because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 998 / 999 or go to the nearest emergency department.
1. Agreement & eligibility
By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older (or have verified guardian consent) and legally able to enter a contract. You agree to give accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
2. What the service does
Extracts and organises your laboratory reports, medications, vitals and wearable data into a single record.
Computes risk indicators using published, guideline-based instruments and presents them with sources.
Generates AI-assisted explanations, protocols and diet suggestions grounded in a cited research library.
Lets you share access with your clinician, and order panels, supplements or consultations from partners.
3. What it does not do
No diagnosis or prescription; outputs support, not replace, clinical judgement.
No medication-interaction or prescribing verdicts: do not rely on the platform to detect drug interactions or contraindications; discuss all medicines with your doctor or pharmacist.
Accuracy depends on your inputs; extracted values may contain errors, so review and correct them.
Supplement and panel suggestions are optional and not a medical order.
The platform is not for emergencies or acute symptoms.
4. Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not upload another person's health data without their authority, misuse or attempt to breach the service, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or use it to provide regulated medical services without your own licence.
5. Memberships, orders and payment
Paid tiers renew automatically until cancelled; cancel before the next renewal, effective at period end.
Prices in AED, excluding VAT unless stated.
Orders for panels, supplements and consultations are fulfilled by third-party partners under their own terms; we facilitate the transaction. Consultation fees are payable to the treating provider.
6. Evolving services and future features
Al-Zahra is actively developed. We may add, change, expand or withdraw features, modules, integrations and related services over time, including new health domains, connected devices and data sources, commercial offerings, and extensions delivered with clinical, laboratory, hospital, payer, employer, research and industry partners.
Your agreement covers your continued use of the service as it develops. We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy to reflect those changes; where a change is material we will give reasonable notice by email or in-app before it takes effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change you may stop using the service and close your account.
7. Your data
You retain rights in the health data you provide. You grant us a licence to process it to operate and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy, and to derive anonymous, aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, models, content and design are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal health purposes.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the service is provided "as is"; we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for clinical decisions made by you or your clinician. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension, termination and changes
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, legal requirement or discontinuation, with notice where practicable.
11. Governing law
